• Decreases the pain associated with PD
• Prolongs the independent mobility (gait, balance, strength)

• Improves non-motor symptoms (depression, apathy, fatigue, constipation)

We provided all kinds of modifications during class to allow you to be able to perform the exercise within your ability. We understand that each person has different limitations, which is why we set you up to be successful.

• Assessment: $100, 1-2 hours long, includes your very own boxing gloves and boxing gel wraps.
  (required prior to participation in any fitness class offered)
• Unlimited Classes: $160 per month
• Drop-In Classes: $25 per class (charged at the end of the month)
• Scholarships: we have scholarships available for those who may not be able to afford the cost of classes.
